Lady Gaga

LadyLady Gaga is an American singer, songwriter, actress and musician with a net value of $320million. Lady Gaga is also known as Stefani Angelina Germanotta. She started her career in the world of burlesque and musical theatre in the New York's East Village. After struggling for several years her breakthrough came the big time in 2005, when she recorded her debut album and wrote songs for Fergie, Britney Spears and the Pussycat dolls. Her first album, "The Fame", was not particularly well-received. However, five months after the album was released, "Just Dance", her first single, went on to become a worldwide hit. The singer was on the road constantly in Europe and in smaller clubs of the US. By 2009, several tracks from the album were regularly being played by radio stations. For her hard work she was awarded multiple Grammy nominations as well as two Grammy Awards. Her music has been a massive hit and continues to attract attention. A vocal social activist as well as a natural exhibitionist, her arrivals at awards ceremonies are often greeted with the attention of their own.
