Carey was once a popular fashion model. She stands almost 5'10" tall, and was popular among top American fashion designers like Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren as well as others. Her father was a prominent geologist and awarded the title of Scientist of 1979 by the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists. As a result of his career Carey grew up all around the globe.
