Sharon Yvonne Stone was born on March 10 of 1958 in Meadville, Pennsylvania, to accountant Dorothy Lawson and tool and die manufacturer also a former worker at a factory Joseph William Stone II. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her three siblings. Stone has a talent in school as a young child, began her second grade education at the age of five. Stone graduated from high school with a certificate at Saegertown in Saegertown situated in Pennsylvania in 1975. Winner of Miss Crawford County, she was also a part of the Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone relocated to New Jersey with her aunt in 1977 to explore a modeling career. She did so and signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency within a month. The next stage was Europe in the course of a year living within Milan, Paris and other cities. Stone but was dissatisfied with Europe in the modeling business and decided to move into acting. She was 20 when she appeared in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories" that received mixed praises.
